ゴール

README.mdにPull RequestをMergeする・できる人を記載する

課題

PRをApproveしたがMergeせずに放置して結局誰もMergeボタンを押さない時の方針を定めたい
権限のない人から修正のPRをもらってApproveしたがMerge権限がなかった(fix padding at ArticleMonth component #885)

方針案

ApproveしたメンテナがMergeも実行する。自分だけで不安であれば他の人にメンションする
他(良い案あればコメントしてください)
