What are you trying to do?

It would be nice to have a fields to get feedback via ratings and opinion scale.

What's your proposed solution?

Ratings could be star rating with the option to set the number of stars 1-10. Maybe stars can have css customizable colors. The opinion scale use case would be "how likely are you...?", with options to set the scale number or custom label, with optional legend for example "strongly disagree/agree".
