413 Error on conversion #13

Hi Team,

I am receiving a 413 error when converting the following SVG (a QR code) to EPS format. This worked about a year ago (I might be wrong here), but now I'm getting this issue. It occurs on API calls and usage through the website's Free Vector Conversion page.

The offending SVG is the following:

The error message from both the website and API:

I'm assuming that this is an issue with the length of the SVG data, but would like to confirm, and also ask for possible remedies.
