@achen2401 can you please remind me whether the system supports checkbox items? I think it's via item.repeats but I'm not finding examples of that in our Questionnaires.

@mcjustin I am not finding an example but I believe you are right, based on my reading of the source code of the tool (and here). I think if item.repeats is true for a question, then it is considered a checkbox.
