forbid negative linkagemap positions #18

During the gametogenesis simulation, the crossing over positions (in centimorgan) are sampled in a uniform distribution from 0 to chromosome length.

RposCm <- runif(nRecomb, 0, chrLenCm)

Therefore SNPs with negative linkage map position will never be sampled for a crossing over.
