Change the order of events listed. Recurring events are less important than single day events so they should be displayed after

This idea has changed to have on-going events having their own section outside the upcoming list. Then the upcoming list would only be the non-on-going events that are perceive to be more important.

On-going events are events that are events that are longer than a day or have more than one occurrence within the month (or week).

One of the solutions to this might be to remove the ability for events to be longer than 24 hours or go past the end of the day. This would include removing the end date input and only having start date and state/end time as inputs.

This would fix the issues with on-going events being sorted at the beginning of upcoming events. This would also make the events a lot more standardized.

We would need to fix the display of recurring date information in all formats of outputs. We would also need to convert any on-going events to be recurring events.
