Email Notifications

Richard Koelsch of water.unl.edu requested a method of email notifications when a pending event was recommended to their calendar.

We would have many considerations to account for before adding this feature, including what events trigger a notification, who receives it, can you configure them in any way. I wouldn't want just to send notifications as most may not want them.
