• The -modern tier now reflects locales which are actually at modern, not those locales which are targeted to modern
• The -full tier now includes all locales, including those formerly in seed. Use the coverageLevels.json file in the cldr-json package to filter out locales. (See the Migration section of the release notes
• parentLocales.json now has new keys for collations and segmentations parent information (CLDR-16425)
• coverageLevels.json has a new key, effectiveCoverageLevels, with calculated coverage levels for sublocales (CLDR-16425)
• TBD: not done yet - personNames changes (CLDR-16373 )
