Whilst fixing #211 I discovered that a lot of the rules (seemingly the ones using minimatch) don't work on Windows. I can see that windows is commented out in .github.yml:

eslint-plugin-import-x/.github/workflows/ci.yml

I'd be happy to raise a PR to fix any existing test issues so that windows can be fully supported, if that would be welcome?
