Added way to add CRP, CRPHOT and PHOTON from gas-phase reactions to ice species. Added attenuation of CRPHOT and PHOTON reaction rates according to ice thickness and decreased crosssections compared to gas-phase equivalent.
Also, H2 is now no longer able to go to bulk, and dustTemp and gasTemp variables are now used as appropriate.
