Elasticsearch Grails plugin

This is a fork of https://github.com/noamt/elasticsearch-grails-plugin. The goal is to make the plugin work with elasticsearch 1.6.x and grails 3.3.x. The releases done here are tagged with -ub, in order to distinguish from the original versions.
