Why remote debug is disabled?

Disable remote debug leads to not being able to test applications, perhaps the devtools option can be enabled in android like Kiwi browser

Nevermind, I have noticed that remote debug works and the README.md is wrong

do you mean chrome developer tools (chrome://inspect/#devices) ?
Actually, the remote source is deactivated by default, what is active is only the local fallback.
If you use the windows version, the latter is active by default.
