"View Count from Tweets" setting does not persist in effect #229

OS: macOS Sequoia 15.3.1
Browser: Safari Version 18.3
Extension version: 6.2.0

Reproduction steps

Open X/Twitter from Safari.
Toggle the "View Count from Tweets" setting in the extension settings off and then on.
Note that the view counts disappear (as it should).
Refresh the page.
Note that the view counts come back (which is the issue).
