Cmdk UI improvements

Completed Changes:

• Up Arrow/Down Arrow should allow you to select entries, "Enter" should cause that entry to be selected
• "New Circuit Module" and "Create New Circuit Module" should be aliases for "Blank Circuit Module" (likewise for other template types)

Additional Changes:

• added a footer section to the cmdk dialog
