We should display the Solana Rent fees in send and staking forms, to enable users to understand the total fees they will be paying for the transaction

Requirements

  1. Update the copy - instead of "Fees" we should say "Fees (incl. rent)"
  2. Make sure that the Rent fees are counted into the displayed fee value - so the total fees value displayed = all Tx fees + all Rent fees for the transaction
