In some cases, we might want to reset battery domain on startup of battery powered devices.

In case we have a bug in ~bootloader that for specific data cause the bootloader to crash or hang, effectively bricking the device.

Since the battery domain survives long-press reset, we need another solution, such as if, during startup, user holds the button for another ~5s, we would reset it.
