Unified templates (no submodules)

Changes:

• The biggest change is that the submodules for each template were removed. All templates are now (actually again) fully integrated into this repository. As a result, the directory structure has been considerably flattened.
• Some templates (JLM article, langscibook, tikzposter) were "archived" and will not be further maintained until further notice.
