Fix: Update action versions + lockfile

Update the versions of the actions we use in our tests, which fixes the CI issue we had on the main branch: https://github.com/tianhuil/ts-mongo/actions/runs/9502524328/job/26201930505.
The lockfile was updated by running pnpm i.

This issue could not be reproduced locally, so the fact that updating the environment fixed the issue makes some sense.
