<h3>1. Athletic Fitness Talent Hunt</h3>
<p><b>Overview : </b> Organization of a biannual “Athletic Fitness Talent Hunt” program exclusively for freshers.</p>
<p><b>Aim : </b><ul><li>To make a proper organised gateway towards the Inter IITs for the freshers.</li>
<li>To inculcate the willingness to participate in sports within the non-athletic crowd</li>
<li>To increase the 1st year participation in Inter IITs by up to 20% of the total contingent.</li></ul></p>
<h3>2. Women's Week</h3>
<p><b>Overview : </b> Organizing a women’s week consisting of various sporting activities solely for women.</p>
<p><b>Aim : </b><ul><li>Increase women participation in campus sports activities.
Improve overall women ranking in Sports General Championship.</li></ul></p>
<p><b>Requirement : </b><ul><li>Women participation has the potential to be increased</li>
<li>To create a more competitive environment among women in sports</li>
<li>Moreover, the General Championships in the Inter IIT for men and
women have been combined. We came 5th (women’s) in the 2014
edition of the Inter IITs. This program would be a great help in improving
that position next year.</li></ul></p>
