What changes are you introducing?

Adding link for containers for RHEL 10.
Add heading for Additional resources.
Make list of links in bullet form.

Why are you introducing these changes? (Explanation, links to references, issues, etc.)

In reference to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-28100.

Anything else to add? (Considerations, potential downsides, alternative solutions you have explored, etc.)

The link being added is still in beta but will be changed in another PR when beta goes alpha.
