Trained files ready to be used with the RDP Classifier. Sequences and taxonomy is largely based on the UNITE v8.2 ITS reference set. Taxonomic adjustments were made to resolve unknown and non-unique taxa into a strictly hierarchical taxonomy. Microsporidian outgroup sequences were added. Also, plant outgroup sequences were newly added in this release.
