Based on NCBI nucleotide sequences, accessed August 2021. Only includes sequences 500bp+, with no ambiguous characters. Only includes records identified to species rank--does not contain sp., aff., cf. or numbers or more than 2 words. Includes non-vertebrate outgroup sequences. Checked for the presence of human or non-vertebrate mis-annotated contaminants. These files are ready to be used directly with the RDP Classifier v2.13 .
