How can I compile any package specifically Termux.

What do you mean bro that you are not bots? I know that you are not bots. I am just curious about how you make a package readable for termux from the source code. I have seen many many pull-up requests of new packages in which you are only giving a link to the source code, version and dependencies. But in repo, you upload compiled package. I just want to know that compile process.

No, we upload a build recipe, and github actions builds and uploads the package through our build scripts (build-package.sh and scripts/build), see wiki.

So, with the help of these scripts you convert the source code to a package which is understandable to termux exactly.
