I would love a browser plug-in that highlights names in articles/listicles/speaker line-ups that have listed their oneforone, and shows me who they are.
So, say a conference organizer is looking for experts on a certain topic and is looking at previous conference line-ups. Even if those conference line-ups were not diverse themselves, they'd be able to immediately discover the people who have been recommended as equally qualified but are under-represented in their field.
