Default vs Custom Template

I use this package to produce a quick and dirty conversion from markdown to pdf (mostly) to give me a rough idea of what the output will look like. Once I'm happy with what I'm seeing, I think move to terminal to invoke the pandoc command to convert to pdf using the specific template to view.

I would like to be able to specify the template so that I can use the sublime pandoc package to view the pdf properly formatted.
