Draw 600km ID circle around stations in "Filter stations" field #9
Comments
I don't understand the request. If you want to search for a station, you can use the text box in the bottom right. That will zoom you to a station, so you can find stations. If you filter stations, the zoom is set to an area containing all selected stations (or so I think). Could you elaborate? Or maybe draw a picture of what you suggest? |
Trajectory solver has a maximum distance limit set to 600km between two stations. To visualize this limit by a drawn circle would help in setting optimum station azimuth. e.g. not to expect to have paired observations with the station beyond this limit. |
Thanks for the clarification, that's a clear request. I think it's easiest to add this to the one station typed in the 'search stations' box (lower right). Would that be ok for your use case? The filter text box is harder to use, since matching partial station names is done by the tabular plugin, only for the table. I'll look into adding this somewhere in the Christmas break. |
Yes, that would be fine, for sure. Milan |
and maybe to make it an additional layer
