instructions_for_uploading_to_pip

1. Create a new tag with the format `vX.Y.Z` where `X.Y.Z` is the version number.
2. Push the tag to the repository.
3. Run `python -m build` to build the package.
4. Run `twine upload dist/*` to upload the package to PyPI. Username is __token__ and password is the API token from PyPI.
