Newer (fork) of picture-tube to reduce vulnerabilities

Hi,

I wanted to chime in and update that I forked the original picture-tube into https://github.com/lirantal/picture-tuber in order to resolve some pending security vulnerabilities such as using insecure versions in dependencies and such.
