Incorporate TCompact Protocol

I read in another issue related to implyr that this package would only be developed to fit @marekjagielski needs and will not be actively managed moving forward.

I would guess that @ianmcook and I are interested in this package for the same reason: parsing impala query log files. The only thread I found regarding this matter is found here and it seems as like using the TCompactProtocol is the solution.

Given, I wanted to ask if there are any plans to include the TCompactProtocol?

Hi,
If I am going to implement TCompactProtocol, this would not happen this year for sure. Anyway, it would be nice to have this feature. It seems that development shouldn't be too difficult.
