Gift Certificate Module

We need the following pieces of functionality:

• Create gift cards in batches, which are tracked separately.
• Gift card batch report:
• - Batch report should show how many gift certificates were issued in the batch, how
  many were redeemed, and how many are left to be redeemed
• - It should also show the total $ value of the batch issuance, the $ value of how
  many were redeemed, and the $ value of what is left to be redeemed
• Individual report:
• - Enter range of gift certificate numbers (i.e. 12004567 to 12005678).
• - Report will list each gift certificate in the range and indicate whether or not it has
  been redeemed.
• - This report will be used to resolve issues about whether or not a certain gift
  certificate had previously or improperly been redeemed.
