Change Sales Report

Needs to show the following dollar values:

• Total Sales – combination of taxable and non-taxable sales
• Cost of Goods Sold – initial, undiscounted cost of inventory
• Taxable Sales – portion of total sales that is taxable
• Sales Tax Collected – sum of sales tax collected on each sale (should
  approximate “taxable sales” x 7%)
• Total Money Deposited – money removed from drawer at end of day in order to
  get drawer back to $210; should equal “total sales” plus “sales tax collected”
  Note: This report should not include cash donations. See Cash Donations module.
