Install react-redux using yarn.

wrap our App with Provider
To manage large root state, we separate into functional scope slice. `@reduxjs/toolkit` help us implement slice easily. Reducer is a function that takes in a state and an action as an argument Reducer is responsible for changing the current state depending on the specific action.
