https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3d/October_2023_Gaza%E2%88%92Israel_conflict.svg displays incorrectly in SVG. Perhaps you are not implementing the <switch> elements correctly, it looks like it is rendering every language not just the viewer’s system language as Edge for example does.

True, the switch element is not implemented. Currently it just behaves like a group element.
There is currently no active maintainer in this project - contributions are welcome...
