Issues in the new WNC section

1. Alignment of section on "Industries". I adapted the features from SWIS. I am ok with centre or left alignment of text, but would like the icon/image to be aligned to centre

The next 2 are bugs in swis page also (which i never got working when i adapted from swan), but works on swan page. I can't get it to work.

1. Accordion section (3rd section) where if I mouse over, it changes the description in swan, but it is not doing that in swis and WNC. I am missing something from the yml, can't figure it out

2. Section on "Components of SWIS" (swis) and "Applications" (wnc page). In Swan, there is an orange line under the first "tab" showing that the user can click on the other ones. The orange underline is not showing up in swis and wnc. Again, something to do with the yml.
