please ditch sourceforge for downloads

i am having to repeatedly restart the download for the mac version because sourceforge is too slow and constantly drops connection and eventually i got a corrupt download.

fortunately i am on cable modem with very large download quota but there are still people on dsl and very low quotas who could easily burn their quoas.

maybe you may want to try using bit torrent for your downloads or even using a method like many sites use where you download a small stub installer file and the rest is downloaded and installed like apple does with the operating system

or even host the download on your own site or if your home connection allows server use .

also you may want to use a normal installation method instead of a terminal script.
