Let's move closer to a fully-released STRANDS by deleting this repo.

We created it during the ROAR and, afaik, it's now been used by nobody since over a year. It has outlived its usefulness, I've saved what I need in lucasb-eyer/ros-openni-example.

We need the OK from @dksr though, as he also contributed stuff.

I suggest we create a strands-project-attic organisation and then transfer ownership of repos we don't need to it. Then we don't loose anything but have our main orga clean. Same applies to @Jailander's autonomous_patrolling and potentially some others. @hawesie what do you think? Shall I go ahead with that?
