Add sequence-to-sequence micronavigation

Add direct links to previous/next sequence directly on the sequence details page to easily move to previous or following simulation in time.
Nice touch would be to have "Next sequence" "Next sequence on same locality" "Next sequence on same plot" navigation (top right side of the screen) and "Previous sequence" "Previous sequence on same locality" "Previous sequence on same plot" navigation (top left side of the screen).
