We should have some kind of (awesome) live-chat capabilities that allow somebody to click and connect with somebody through a chat session (admissions recruiter?).

I'm 100% confident there's a module (or something else that already exists) that we could use to make this happen.

The big question holding me back on this is who we would use to staff this? To staff this even most hours of the day would take (probably) a dedicated person... I don't know if we have the resources available to make that happen...
