Fix so that shader nodes shows up in latest blender for pbrt-v4-support branch #33

We need to fix the shader nodes, so that they show up again in the shader editor in the pbrt-v4-support branch.

I have a solution for this now, I will update all the nodes to make them work again in latest blender.
