Support for Packer plugin API version 5 (Packer 1.5.6)

This release adds support for the current version of the Packer plugin API (version 5),
and Packer 1.5.6.

The build process has been simplified as well - gradle is no longer required.

Support for automatically detaching CD / DVD drives

This release adds support for automatically detaching CD / DVD drives.
This works around an issue in VMWare vSphere where VM images with
CD / DVD drives would not boot without first answering a question about
attaching / detaching SATA devices.

Initial release.
