Keycard - Prevent user from attempting multiple times the same wrong PIN

Feature Issue

If user is attempting to enter, when they type the wrong password, the client could remember that it already tried that combination, and its wrong. The client would warn that user is trying a wrong password that is already tried, preventing the wipeout of keycard by mistake.

User Story

As a user, I want to be warned that I am doing a stupid mistake of trying the same wrong password multiple times.

it's not like only for keycard right?

for keycard it's more important yes, but anyway there should be general solution for all passwords

or we should talk about PIN? not password

I mean for Keycard PIN, to avoid it erasing the keycard. But if we want to have it for general passwords its not that important, but might be useful to say "you already tried this password and its wrong".
