Desired State

Each eQTL entry has an rsid (when applicable). This will facilitate looking up multiple entries for the same variant.

Context

Some variants identified by rsid can have multiple chrom-pos-ref-alt. E.g. rs376393219 is listed as both 11-5348049-CA-C and 11-5348049-C-CA.
