GCC tries to use non-available LLVM JIT on riscv64! #49

When trying to compile scummvm from github I ran into this:

Which appears to be identical to this bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=995618

This did compile+run out of the box on the Unmatched (Ubuntu as well as FSDK) so it should not be a RiscV issue per se.
