COTS UE connection

I am trying to connect my oneplus 8t mobile device to my 5g network. I ensured that both my gnb and amf files match (made sure my PLMNs match up). I got my core and gnb up and running, however I am unable to find the network on my device.
Due to our environment restraints, we are using an older version of the SRS project (release 24_04). We have been following the tutorial to the T.

Which PLMN are you using?
Have you tried using an app to force the phone in 5G only mode? Like this.

for the core and gnb, our plmn is 90170. for the phone its 00101. The tutorial we are using said to have them be different to force data roaming srsRANproject We are also using the 5G switch app you linked. we attached our amf log.

You might want to try having both Core-gNB and UE on the test MCC (i.e., 001). We noticed some phones only connect to PLMNs with that MCC.
So, you could try:

• Core and gNB: 00101
• UE: 00102

Finding a working combination of PLMN (network) and IMSI (UE) can be a cumbersome process for some devices.
It depends on devices, firmware versions and market region; here are some examples for the Pixel 6. Sometimes hidden menus or extra apps have to be used to enable 5G-SA support at all.

If its an option for you, you could evaluate your setup with a different (less restrictive) UE.

we've tried the combinations you've suggested along with 99970 and 99999. but still no luck. is there a way to check if our gnb is broadcasting correctly? Because when I try to get the live logs, nothing shows up.
