Testmode leads to F1 Setup Failure with cause "message-not-compatible-with-receiver-state" #1038

Hello,
I am trying to set up testmode and when I run it I end up getting a F1 Setup Failure with the cause being message-not-compatible-with-receiver-state". I believe my network itself is running but there is no traffic. THats why I would like to simulate some traffic using the testmode. I have added my configurations below for clarification. Please feel free to ask any other question about my setup or my configurations. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Running " gnb -c normal_usrp.yml" runs fine and this is my configuration for normal_usrp.yml:

Hi,
I experienced the same issue. I changed my PLMN to 00101 and it worked. I don't know if this is a bug?

Hi,
I experienced the same issue. I changed my PLMN to 00101 and it worked. I don't know if this is a bug?

Hi @potentialdiffer ,
Thank you very much for your response! That was the issue. I didn't consider changing the PLMN back from previous tests I was running.
