Tracker improvements

Trackers

• Per-tracker settings are now saved, and apply immediately
• Cat tracker now allows you to disable some modifiers (thanks donn-is-me!)
• Cat tracker option "Always show modifiers" is now "Show all modifiers before 1-3"

Level Editor

• Added image for lephrechaun tile code
• Updated image for olmite tile code to show helmeted olmite
• Updated image for treasure_vaultchest to custom icon from Dr. BaconSlices to differentiate from treasure_chest tile code.

Extract

• Provide support for extracting the udjat_wall_heads entity sheet.

Install

• Fixed regression where browse wouldn't work for new users.
• Disallow using install codes for Library mod types.

Misc

• Removed some unused images / code so binary distribution should be smaller.
• Fixed regression where config couldn't load if no install dir was set.
• Added resiliancy when config can't be loaded. Will now backup config and make a fresh one.

Level Editor

• JayTheBusinessGoose added a mode to the Level Editor for building custom level files

Cat Tracker

• Fixed bug where throwing, but not catching, a boomerang would fail to invalidate low%

More No% Fixes

Trackers

• Allow recollecting ropes for No%. Detect when a rope is used (outside of Duat) and invalidate No% immediately
