Deprecation Notice: Piper TTS

I've decided to deprecate support for piper models. Reasons:

• I couldn't get the package to build nicely on ARM. See Help Wanted: Building piper-phonemize for ARM #234
• kokoro has been released and has proved to be a much better TTS model (although it does require more compute)

But kokoro only supports engligh while piper supports many languages, no?

By the way, the people at openedai-speech have a pretty good wrapper around piper that allows juggling between piper voices depending on the detected languages, which is really nice as piper is horrendous for mixed languages.

It supports multiple, but not comparable to the number supported by piper.
