PADScript v0.1.1

This release adds speech for windows users, make sure you have .NET framework 4.5+ for usage of speech. Still working on getting a speech program to work on linux and macOS.

Here is the first release of PADScript, PADScript is designed to give all developers a easy way to write scripts with an ability to add functionality, and to have all core functionality of the OS. There are extended functionality being adding including speech, graphics, hardware IO and so much more. Us at Jarvis home automation are working hard to have this tool as an open source staple to general computer purpose and for future Robot Operating Systems.
