can't display Chinese subtitles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
while using gMote Server to play the video, it display the subtitle, but not 
correct with the Chinese subtitles. only showing "[][]" rather than the right 
Chinese. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gMote 2.04 + gMote Server
