Stored analysis upload/download needs improvement

Downloading phenotypes from stored analyses usually does not return meaningful data. There should be an option to get tables of adjusted means or other useful results. Downloaded analyses can also take many forms, and it is inconsistent behavior if a downloaded analysis cannot be successfully uploaded due to parse/formatting issues.

Probably should be accessible in two places: field trial management page, as well as download button from analysis details page for individual analyses
